2. Return Authorisation: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Package the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund, replacement, or repair as follows:
- Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
