Products returned for Warranty Exchange will be Like-for-Like exchange. You will not receive your original unit returned. The exchanged unit may not be of the same model but one of similar feature & specifications. It may new or a refurbished unit depending on availability of stock at the time of the exchange.

Allow 10 working days for the exchange unit to be returned to the store at which you lodged your product.
Australian customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The criteria of a major failure is defined in the Australian Consumer Law.

Palsonic products that fails within 14 days of purchase are to be replaced at store level.
Any product that fails outside of the 14 day period but within the warranty period will be returned to Palsonic for repair or exchange. Either your store or the customer can contact Palsonic on 1300 657 888 and we will organise collection and re-delivery of the product. Palsonic technicians repair the product to ensure a fast and thorough repair process. Customers must provide their proof of purchase to the store for the warranty to be processed.
